3TRANS is responsible for the exactness of the translated document, but not responsible for the usage, content, and the using purpose and effete of the translated document.

    3TRANS will require a relative enough time for the translating work.

    3TRANS prefers to accept the final version of the document to be translated, when the translation begins, the document to be translated should not be changed or modified; if the document does need change or modification, please inform 3TRANS as soon as possible; and the price and the translating time will be re-negotiated.

    3TRANS requires customer to offer their customary expression which is different from the normal one if the customer does has some customary expression.

    3TRANS can amend the document for free within three months if the customer thinks the document needs an improvement.

    3TRANS refuses to translate documents with vulgar interests and documents that break the law, or threaten the safe of the country, or violate social moral.
